Objective
To maintain an exceptional level of comprehensive secondary education from Form 1 to Form 6 by:
- Adopting ethically acceptable and meaningful academic standards following the national curricula.
- Providing for the development of social and cultural skills.
- Maintain a teacher/ pupil ratio of 1:30 per class.
- Providing an active, varied, and inclusive sports programmed.
- Providing for an international grounding through the use of English language as the medium of teaching.
- Providing for a Zimbabwean grounding through the use of Shona language.
To be a caring school family by:

To ensure efficient management of infrastructure by:

- Ensuring adequate remunerated and motivated commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
- Maintaining a strong and open communication between educators, parents, the Board of Directors and Board of Governors.
- Maintain school facilities in order.
- Ensure provisions are in place of any educational requirements by educators.
- Maintain good relationships with other educational institutions and the community.
To have a clear-cut and consistent policy regarding the acceptance of learners by following laid-down procedures:
- Places for the learning shall be allocated to individual applicants solely based on merit and with total disregard for religion, race, creed or sex.
- Before acceptance, all prospective learners must undergo and pass an assessment test to be conducted by the educator for the place being sought.
- The Class teacher in consultation with the Vice Principal shall be the arbiter in whether the applicant should be offered a place or not.
